IHC in Peru, Indiana seeks a Clinic Nurse (LPN/RN) to join the team! The Clinic Nurse is an important part of the IHC team and works with the Nurse Manager/Clinic Nurse Supervisor and clinic providers to reinforce patient education during the process of medication distribution.

Orders, inventories, and is responsible for medication room suppliesResponsible for proper dispensing of medications to clientsFunctions as a support team member for providers by reinforcing patient educationAssists providers with Chronic Disease managementMaintains positive professional relationships with pharmaceutical vendorsParticipates in the preparation and maintenance of accurate client medical recordsPerforms related work as requiredFollows HIPAA and OSHA standardsPerforms other work assignments related to licensure requirementsAssesses patients' unmet health and social needsTelephone Triage for hospital follow-up appointments and same-day appointmentsReferral managementManagement of medication refill RequestsPrior authorizations for medicationsRecruitment package includes but is not limited to:
Hourly position$2000.
