Will be the primary contact at night 5p 8a.

Inpatient/Outpatient Scope of Work:
Clinic:
On average about 25 patients on a full day.
Approximately 12 patients/provider are seen on average, Support Staff 4-5 On-call average patient volume/consult 1-2 deliveries / week 100 deliveries/year.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements :
Board Certified, IN State License, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, Surgery Privileges EMR:
Cerner Credentialing:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
