Restaurant Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
Taking regular service calls across your designated territory.
Communication and follow up on work completed & relaying the information needed so that HQ can properly place the parts needed to complete work orders.
Maintaining your service vehicle for efficient use Remaining up-to-date and knowledgeable on all aspects of the service industry by attending training seminars conducted by the company.
What we are looking for:
Experience in the restaurant service industry is a plus, including but not limited to Coke machines, Ice Machines, Bread Ovens, microwaves, coolers, and freezers.
Experience in building maintenance industry is a plus, including:
lite electrical, lite plumbing, lite refrigeration, or lite HVAC services.
Excellent people skills.
Self motivated, dependable, & flexible.
Proactive and solutions focused as maintenance challenges arise, while being able initiate follow-through.
Effectively prioritize and multi-task.
High technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
High Attention to Detail.
Basic emaill and cell phone skills.
Ability to flourish while being self-sufficient, working individually, while also being able to work within a small team setting.
Valid driver's license.
Drug Free Capable of lifting a minimum of 75 pounds.
