We are seeking a hands-on person with great people skills to handle our Human Resource needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in an HR related field of study, at least 4 years experience in providing HR services to an organization including recruitment, training, payroll, benefit and compensation management.
The person we seek must possess excellent communication, team building, organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft office.
Must be able to multi-task and enjoy maintaining good relationships with employees.
Must have the ability to thrive in a dynamic organization presenting ever changing priorities and demonstrate a commitment to constantly making improvements to all HR projects.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team.
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing support to employees and management.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of talent management, and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures - Conduct employee orientation and onboarding processes - Manage employee evaluation programs - Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters - Assist in the recruitment and selection process - Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution - Collaborate with management to develop organization design strategies - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations - Maintain accurate employee records and files Skills:
- Talent management:
Ability to identify, attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
- Conflict management:
Proficient in resolving conflicts and mediating disputes between employees.
- Organization design:
Knowledge of organizational structures and the ability to design effective systems.
- Experience using software for payroll processing and employee data management.

Skilled in conducting employee orientations and onboarding processes.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
