Dukes is a 12-bed ED seeing 10,700 patients annually.
There are 24 hours of physician coverage, a moderate level acuity, and a 10% admission rate.
Physicians must be board certified or board eligible in EM, internal medicine (IM), or family medicine (FM) with ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
Dukes Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed, critical access hospital providing inpatient and outpatient care, diagnostic imaging services, medical and surgical care, women's services, emergency care and much more.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
