Job Description The Risk/Safety/Compliance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and directing the Risk Management/Patient Safety/and Compliance programs to maintain an environment conductive to preventing and/or minimizing losses associated with identifiable risks and to minimize and preventclaims of general and professional liability against the hospital. The Risk/Safety/Compliance Coordinator will also facilitate the implementation, oversight, and ongoing operation of CHS's corporate compliance program. The Coordinator will ensure that the facility's compliance responsibilities are met and that the program adequately addresses the individual concerns of the facility. The Risk/Safety/Compliance Coordinator will maintain compliance with regulatory, State and federal laws and regulations and the Joint Commission's standards and serves as the Patient Safety Officer in accordance with The Joint Commission requirements. #DIRCO21796

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
