JOB DESCRIPTIONReporting to the RGM Manager, in an ever more competitive, complex and demanding environment, SBD is establishing a strategic, integrated Revenue Growth Management (RGM) discipline to support the continued drive for sustainable, profitable growth for SBD and our Customers.
To help deliver this, we are establishing a Revenue Growth Management team for the LATIN AMERICA GROUP SOUTH (Chile, Argentina y Per).
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven RGM Analyst.
This role's key focus is supporting the creation, execution and evaluation of 'Triple Win' commercial actions plans.
These are created by taking various external End User, Category & internal data sources and turning them into actionable insights which drive joint value creation for SBD and our Customers.
Working closely with the RGM Manager and the Leadership Team, the candidate will have a high level of comfort operating with all levels of the organization to develop, communicate and execute new commercial actions based on market understanding and insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONSSupport RGM Manager to develop & execute a LAG South RGM cluster roadmap to build capability, processes and tools to enable improved business outcomes.
Support development of Strategy and Commercial Plans through category deep dive analytics (RGM sprints) across all RGM leversTrack and Monitor delivery of Margin Resiliency initiatives:
Price Floors, Price Corridors, Promo Analysis Tool, Portfolio Management, Price elasticity, etc.
Identify and drive margin improvement opportunities.
Run financial evaluations to ensure profitability of RGM actionsMonitor markets specific Pricing, Mix, Promo and GTN targets in line with markets objectives, brand/channel priorities and sales and margin growth aspirations.
Assist in the implementation and design of Pricing systems and architecture to optimize the processes that support the ongoing Price execution.
Perform analytics to inform Price and Mix change decisions (e.
g.
, Breakeven Elasticity Ratio, Price elasticity, brand ladder, weekly POS price/volume/mix movements, brand equity assessment, etc.
)Help define Promotion analytics and effectiveness tools for region/market.
Support implementation of promo effectiveness assessments practice.
Maintain regional RGM scorecard.
Support Rollout of RGM training.
Leverage expertise from global teams to create value added models and tools that allows generation of insightsQUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, engineering or a related analytical fieldAdvance English language skillsCORE COMPETENCIES Analytical Skills - Problem solving.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
